This morning your private transfer will take you to Sydney airport to meet your flight direct to Uluru.

On arrival you will be met and transferred to your Hotel, The Lost Camel or similar for two nights. This evening you will be collected from the hotel to meet your tour Uluru Sunset and BBQ Dinner.

Sit back and relax as you travel into the amazing Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park. Your Driver Guide will provide expert commentary while you enjoy the amazing surroundings and the sight of Uluru in the distance. This fascinating icon stands 348 metres high, however, most of its mass is below ground level. You’ll be overwhelmed by its incredible size, presence and inherent spirituality. Enjoy an outdoor Aussie BBQ Dinner at  exclusive site within the Uluru National Park.

Travel – From Ayers Rock Resort to the Uluru sunset viewing area.

Enjoy nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine – As the sun sinks over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluru is famous. It is recommended that you photograph Uluru every 5 minutes to really capture the gradual colour changes of the rock.

Return to the resort after sunset – Or add on our award-winning Barbecue Dinner to top off this highlight evening (see optional details).

Aussie Barbecue Dinner – After sunset, continue to our exclusive venue for an outdoor Barbecue Dinner, with Uluru as your stunning backdrop. Relax in the company of friends and fellow travellers and enjoy a variety of Australian meats and salads, accompanied by a glass of wine, beer or orange juice (menus are subject to change). After dinner, tea, coffee and dessert will be served. There’s time for stargazing too (weather permitting).

This morning its an early rise for you morning base walk of Uluru

In the intimacy of a small group, join your Driver Guide on a 10½ kms walk around the entire base of Uluru. Before you commence your journey of discovery, enjoy a light breakfast as you begin to absorb the enormity and beauty of your surroundings. Visit sacred sites, view Aboriginal rock art, and the vision of a waterfall in a desert setting is really something to see, especially after rain when the water flows from the side of Uluru and plunges into Kantju Gorge.
