Day 1 Arrival in Sydney Travelodge Wynyard or Similar
Welcome to Australia! Upon arrival at Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport, meet your driver who will transfer you to your hotel downtown. For three nights including breakfast
Travelodge Wynyard is ideally located close to all of Sydney’s wonderful attractions, whether you are looking for an exciting day in the city or a sensational night out on the town. Visit the Opera House, the historical Rocks area, Darling Harbour, the Botanical Gardens, a huge variety of restaurants and a great selection of major shopping outlets. Adjacent to Wynyard railway station, you will find it easy to discover the best Sydney has to offer.
Day 2 Spectacular Sydney and Luncheon Cruise
The Spectacular Sydney tour is a thorough introduction to Sydney and its
neighbours. This tour combines both morning and afternoon tours to create a full day tour of Sydney sightseeing. In the morning, you will
travel to Manly Beach for a wonderful stroll along The Corso to see the
beach that has made Manly famous. Along the way to Manly, you will view
Darling Harbour and then cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Stop at
Milsons Point for spectacular views of the Opera House and
Harbour
Bridge. Stop at North Head Lookout for a panoramic view of the Pacific
Ocean. Enjoy your time at Manly beach before heading back to Sydney. You may choose to upgrade to include a luncheon cruise.
If you choose not to upgrade to any additional options, you will have a
2 hour break prior to returning to the coach for your afternoon portion
of the tour. For the afternoon tour, you will tour through the historic Rocks area and take in views of the Opera House,
Hyde Park,
St Marys Cathedral, Parliament House and the Art Gallery.
Stop at
Mrs Macquaries Chair for magnificent views of the Opera
House and
Harbour Bridge. See the colourful Royal Botanic Gardens on your way
to visit The Gap and enjoy stunning views. Stop at the worldfamous
Bondi Beach and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Join the coach for
your return to Sydney, travelling through Paddington, the exclusive
Eastern suburbs and Rushcutters Bay. Cruise Sydney Harbour aboard the prestigious MV Sydney 2000 and enjoy a fantastic buffet lunch and
commentary. You will need to meet your Captain Cook lunch cruise vessel
at 11.45am at Wharf1, King St Wharf. Be sure to check in with the staff before taking off to enjoy your luncheon cruise.

Explore the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park with over one million hectares of dramatic cliffs, unspoiled bushland, deep
canyons and lush rainforest. See native animals up close and choose from the many options we have throughout the day.
Visit the famous Three Sisters rock formation up close from
Echo Point
before arriving at Scenic World where you can witness the vastness of
the Blue Mountains and join the optional rides – Scenic
Railway,
Cableway or Skyway. These rides are a great way to see the steep valleys and canyons and follow the boardwalk along the valley floor.
Discover
Leura village where you can pre- purchase lunch at a selected local caf or purchase on the day as you wander the quaint streets. Next, we enjoy an afternoon encounter at a Wildlife Park where you can get up close to
a koala, see kangaroos, wombats and dingoes. Return to Sydney through
the suburb of Homebush, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games where
you will have the opportunity to catch a river cruise back to the city
along the Parramatta River. If you do not wish to join the ferry, the
coach will travel back to Sydney arriving at approximately 6:30pm.
While at Scenic world, join the Blue Mountain rides – Scenic
Railway,
Cableway & Skyway. Relax as you return to Sydney on board a river cruise and take in the surrounding harbourside suburbs before arriving
at Darling Harbour or Circular Qua

Day 4 Cairns arrival and Stay at Riley
After arrival in Cairns, you will be transferred from the airport directly on your

Join Down Under Eco Tours for a day exploring the rainforest and amazing
landscapes of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation National Parks
wilderness area. Your informative and knowledgeable driver/guide will
collect you from your accommodation and travel one of Australias great
scenic Highways. Visit Mossman Gorge Centre and enjoy morning tea before boarding the shuttle for your transfer to Mossman Gorge. Discover secrets of the world’s oldest rainforest as your driver takes you on a guided walk through the Gorge boardwalk.
Then hop aboard the Daintree River Cruise and reach an understanding of the intricate Daintree eco-system. Keep an eye out for wildlife including the elusive Saltwater Crocodile.
BBQ Lunch: Relax and enjoy the delicious food in the rainforest of Noah
Valley. This area is renowned for the existence of primitive
flowering
plants. Cape Tribulation Beach: After lunch, we continue on to
Cape
Tribulation Beach while your driver explains the rich history of the
area. Walk the beach or boardwalk and relax in this tranquil setting. We then visit Daintree Ice Cream Company. Enjoy an afternoon refreshment
included at the Daintree Ice Cream Company. Try a delicious exotic fruit
ice cream cup featuring four flavours (gluten free and dairy free options are available).
Alexandra Lookout: After winding through the rainforest, enjoy this
spectacular lookout over the Daintree River Estuary, Snapper Island and beyond the Coral Sea.

Day 7 Arrive Uluru and Sounds of Silence Outback Pioneer
This morning transfer to Cairns airport for your flight to Uluru .After arrival from Cairns you will be greeted and taken to your accommodation.

Day 8 Uluru Touring Morning Base walk
Uluru Morning Guided Base Walk 10.5km – Y40

Rise early to travel to the base of Uluru. Here you will receive your
breakfast, accompanied by your guide, commence your base walk of
Uluru as sunrise approaches. First walk from Kuniya Piti, an Uluru
sacred site and hear the Tjukurpa (Anangu-the local Aboriginal people-
beliefs and law) story of the Mala Men. Next is the Mala Walk, one of
the most important habitation areas for the local Aboriginal people over thousands of years. The Mala walk includes a visit into Kantju
Gorge, where after rainfall, water can cascade over the side of Uluru and plunge some 90 metres.
From here, you are then on to the base of the climb point. After a short
rest break, continue on along the Lungkata Walk where your guide will
tell you the Tjukurpa story of the cheeky Blue Tongue Lizard! Next stop
is the Mutitjulu Waterhole. Your guide will indicate the natural
features of the landscape, Aboriginal rock paintings and relay more traditional stories relating to this special place. The waterhole was once an important water source for the Anangu people. Your last section
to complete your base walk is back to Kuniya Piti where you will board
your coach back into town and receive a certificate of your achievement!

Day 10 Melbourne – Tour Great Ocean Road
Today, a driver will guide you outside of Melbourne to Great Ocean Road. Cruise through Port Campbell National Park to marvel at the iconic limestone stacks in the morning. Enjoy relaxed and unhindered views of the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, and London Bridge—all before lunch, so you can beat the traditional afternoon rush.
Then, spend the afternoon with your experienced driver-guide, meandering along the winding Great Ocean Road, taking in the spectacular coastal scenery, the Otway Rainforest, and seaside townships along the way.
Return to Melbourne after your scenic road trip, and enjoy a farewell dinner and a final toast to your last night in Australia.
